114 km Seoni-Balaghat-Rajegaon State Highway on SH – 26 and SH – 11

 

The Company has successfully completed the execution of the BOT project of 114 km Seoni-Balaghat-Rajegaon State Highway on SH – 26 and SH – 11 which are important constituent of the main trunk route network of Madhya Pradesh. The Project Road falls in two districts of Madhya Pradesh viz. Seoni (about 45 kms) & Balaghat (about 69 kms) and it is very important link road connecting NH – 7 at Seoni (Madhya Pradesh) and NH – 6 at Duggipur (near Gondia, Maharashtra). It serves as an important link for transportation of various minerals, agriculture and forest products and various other commodities. It provides shortest link for the traffic coming via NH – 7 from North-West part of the state and the country as a whole and moving towards State of Chhattisgarh, Orissa & West Bengal and vice-versa. 

 

 

 

Strengthening, Widening, Maintaining and Operating of Waraseoni-Lalbarra Road of Madhya Pradesh on BOT (Toll + Annuity) Basis

 

The Company has successfully completed the execution of Strengthening & Widening of Waraseoni-Lalbarra Road of Madhya Pradesh on BOT (Toll+Annuity) Basis by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Limited (MPRDC). The concession period is 15 years. MPRDC will make annuity payments every 6 months. Besides this, MBL shall also have the right to collect toll. The total length of the project highway is 18.303 km. The Project is being Operated & Maintained through a 100% owned subsidiary - MBL (MP) Toll Road Company Limited. 

 

 

Development of Seoni-Katangi to Maharashtra Border Section of State Highway-54 of Madhya Pradesh

 

The Company has been awarded the project for developing the Seoni-Katangi to Maharashtra Border Section of State Highway-54 of Madhya Pradesh on BOT (Toll) basis by MPRDC. The concession period is 30 years. The length of the project highway is 75.60 km. The project is being executed through a 100% owned subsidiary MBL Highway Development Company Ltd. The Project Road is in Seoni and Balaghat districts of Madhya Pradesh and passes through important towns of Seoni, Ari, Tighra, Kehaji, Paraswada and Katangi. The project road is used for transportation of manganese, coal and other minerals extracted in the nearby mines, items like Bamboo, herbs, teak, sal etc. from nearby forests and agricultural products amongst others. The road is also used by tourists visiting nearby attractions like Pench National Park or Kanha National Park.

 

 

 

 

Development of Garra-Waraseoni Road upto Maharashtra Border (MDR) on BOT (Toll + Annuity) Basis

 

The Company has been awarded the project for Development and Operation of Garra – Waraseoni Road upto Maharashtra Border on BOT (Toll + Annuity) Basis.  The scope of the project includes widening and upgradation of existing road, which starts from Madhya Pradesh State Highway 26 junction at Km 5/4 Garra village and terminates at Madhya Pradesh – Maharashtra Border (Km 52/4) in Mobad village to two lane undivided carriageway. The project length is 46.980 km. The concession has been granted by MPRDC. The Project is being executed through a 100% owned subsidiary - MBL (MP) Road Nirman Company Limited.

 

 

 

Development and Operation of Bikaner - Suratgarh Section of NH -15 in the State of Rajasthan on DBFOT Basis

 

The Company has been awarded the project for Development and Operation of Bikaner - Suratgarh Section of NH-15 in the State of Rajasthan on DBFOT (Toll) Basis by PWD, Rajasthan. The Project entails two laning with paved shoulder of Bikaner - Suratgarh Section of NH - 15 (Km 553/869 of NH - 11 to Km 173/000 of NH - 15 via Km 10/630 of NH - 15) in the State of Rajasthan. The project is being executed by Suratgarh Bikaner Toll Road Company Pvt. Ltd. The length of the highway is about 172.384 km. The concession period is 16 years.

 

 

 

 

Four Laning of Gagalheri - Saharanpur - Yamunanagar (UP/Haryana Border) section of NH-73 in the State of Uttar Pradesh under NHDP-IV on DBOT Hybrid Annuity Mode

 

The Company has been awarded the project for Four Laning of Gagalheri - Saharanpur - Yamunanagar (UP/Haryana Border) section of NH-73 from km 33.000 (design chainage km 35.400) to km 71.640 (design chainage km 86.855) in the State of Uttar Pradesh under NHDP-IV on Hybrid Annuity mode by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The project is being executed via MBL (GSY) Road Ltd. The concession period for the project is 17 years including 2 years of construction & 15 years of Operations & Maintenance. The bid project cost is Rs 1184 crores.

 

 

 

Four Laning of Chutmalpur – Ganeshpur section of NH-72A & Roorkee – Chutmalpur – Gagalheri section of NH-73 in the States of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh under NHDP-IV on DBOT Hybrid Annuity mode

 

The Company has been awarded the project for Four Laning of Chutmalpur – Ganeshpur section of NH-72A from km 0.000 (km 22.825 of NH-73) to km 16.000 (Design Chainage km 17.900) & Roorkee – Chutmalpur – Gagalheri section of NH-73 from km 0.000 (km 167.800 of NH-58) to km 33.000 (Design Chainage 35.400) in the State of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh under NHDP-IV on DBFOT Hybrid Annuity mode by NHAI. The project is being executed via MBL (CGRG) Road Ltd. The concession period for the project is 17 years including 2 years of construction & 15 years of Operations & Maintenance. The bid project cost is Rs 942 crores.

 

 

 

Six laning of Greenfield Udaipur bypass on Hybrid Annuity Mode under NHDP phase V in the State of Rajasthan

 

The Company has been awarded the project for Six Laning of Greenfield Udaipur bypass [Connection between NH-76 at existing km 118+500 at Debari to NH-8 Km 287+400 at Kaya village (Length 23.883)] on hybrid annuity Mode under NHDP phase V in the State of Rajasthan by NHAI. The project is being executed via MBL (Udaipur Bypass) Road Ltd. The length of the project is 23.883 km. The concession period for the project is 17 years including 2 years of construction & 15 years of Operations & Maintenance. The bid project cost is Rs 779 crores.
