MBL has an integrated business model to execute the BOT projects which includes Design and Engineering, In-house construction Equipment Bank, Toll Collection and O&M, Traffic Estimation.

MBL has two operational BOT projects through its subsidiary companies:

a)   Suratgarh-Bikaner National Highway Project in the state of Rajasthan in which MBL has investment of Rs 185 crores and where the commercial operations of toll collection for 96.54% of its 172.384 kms of the Project. MBL Infrastructures Ltd has investment of Rs 185 crores.  The Project is undertaken by the Company through its subsidiary company, Suratgarh Bikaner Toll Road Company Private Limited.

b)    Waraseoni- Lalbarra Road in the state of Madhya Pradesh where toll is being collected and semi-annual Annuity is being released by MPRDC since 03.08.2015.The Project is undertaken by the Company through its 100% subsidiary company, MBL (MP) Toll Road Company Limited.
